GENERAL
RULES AND REGULATIONS
OF THE CLINTON COUNTY FAIR |
| 1. The fair is to be a 6 day event held at the county fairgrounds. |
| 2. Entry or show time as listed under the different divisions of the fair are to be noted and observed. |
| 3. Those responsible for the fair do not assume responsibility for any loss, damage or accident, either personal or material, that may occur as a result of the fair. |
| 4. Decisions of the judges will be final and any discourtesy shown to judges will result in disqualification. |
| 5. All exhibits, including horses and machinery, will be assigned an area. Unauthorized riding or driving machinery will not be tolerated. |
| 6.No premium shall be awarded to any animal or article without competition unless the judges consider it worthy. |
| 7. The directors reserve the right to withdraw the premium list in the event of drought, epidemic or any unforeseen casualty. |
| 8. 4-H, FFA, and FHA exhibits are limited to the county. All 4-H, FFA, and FHA classes must have been produced in conjunction with an approved project. |
| 9. The Fair Management, or the person in charge of a department, will have the authority to disquality or bar any exhibitor or participant of a contest, who shows diecourtesy to the judges or Fair officials without liability or recourse on their part. In event of such, exhibitors/participants shall forfeit all entry prizes won. |
| 10. The manager has the right to locate any and all stands, concessions, and booths. |
| 11. The management reserves the right to interpret and enforce all rules and regulations. |
| 12. Open classes are open to all exhibitors unless otherwise specified. |
| 13. The fair is planned and conducted according to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture regulations for the use of State Funds. |
| 14. Any person or organization distributing literature or soliciting must have rented booth space prior to fair date. |
| 15. The Clinton County Fair does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, age, sex, religion, handicap, or national origin. |
